Sync media from PC to Plex Server on Nvidia Shield Android TV

I have a Windows 10 PC where I download, edit, and generally keep all of my media (photos, music, videos, tv shows, movies, etc.). I could run Plex Media Server on this PC, but why when I've got an efficient Android device that is always on and could do it just as well, or better?
I have an Nvidia Shield Android TV device with Plex Media Server connected to my living room TV. The issue is getting all my media onto the Shield, and then syncing any subsequent changes. I found the best method is to use a PowerShell script referencing Robocopy. However, there are some key points I've noticed in my experience that I'd like to share.

Watch HDHomeRun Live TV on ChromeOS, Chromebook, Chromebox

I have an HDHomeRun Extend. I usually watch it using the Android TV Live Channels app on my Nvidia Shield Android TV. In my office/home gym, I have an Asus Chromebox connected to a ViewSonic 27" display and a big Logitech sound system. I'd like to watch live TV there as well. However, when I looked online for how to do this, all I found was several posts about how you can't watch UDP/RTP streams in ChromeOS. That may be true of ChromeOS, but not of Android apps running via Arc Welder in ChromeOS.

How to activate the Nexus 5X on US Cellular 4G LTE

The following assumes you already own a phone on US Cellular and just purchased the new Nexus 5X from the Google Store. Your existing phone will need to have a SIM card that supports 4G LTE.

1. Turn on the new phone and go through the introductory screens to transfer your Google account and settings from the old phone to the new phone.
2. From a landline, someone else's phone, or Google Hangouts dialer, call US Cellular at 1-888-944-9400 and ask for technical support.
3. Tech support will instruct you as follows:
1. Read to them the "IMEI" number on the sticker on the back of the Nexus 5X.
2. Turn off the new phone;
3. Remove the SIM card from the old phone;
4. Put the SIM card in the new phone;
5. Turn on the new phone;
6. Dial *228 and wait 90 seconds;
7. Turn the phone off, and then back on again.
4. That's it. It should all work now.
